In Honour of Service

November 11th is a day reminding the Canadian public to remember the sacrifices made by its first responders. I am incredibly fortunate to have the support of my friends and family all year long. 
       Not every first responder is so blessed. 
Show kindness today regardless of how you feel about conflict or politics. Take some time to meditate, reflect and enjoy your peace if you're lucky enough to have it.
